Christopher Pierce's painting, "Wingback," won Honorable Mention at the 110th Annual Exhibiting Artist Members' Exhibition, held at the National Arts Club, NYC
Mr. Pierce's painting, "Sunflowers in a Peacock Vase" won the Helen DeCozen Award for a Floral at the 2008 American Artists Professional League Grand National Exhibition held at the Salmagundi Club in New York City.
His "Who's the Fairest?" won the 2008 Visual Arts Program Award in the National Arts Club Online Exhibition.

There was a full page ad of Christopher Pierce's painting 'Victorian Flowers' in the March issue of American Art Collector magazine. This advertisement was for the Chesterfield Art Gallery in stamford, ct.
In the December 2006 issue of 'American Art Collector' magazine, there was a full page advertisement on the back cover which featured one of Christopher Pierce's sunflower paintings. The advertisement was for the John Pence Gallery's "Premier American Realists" show.
'American Artist' magazine featured an article on Pierce's portraiture in their December 2006 issue with a seven photo demonstration of his portrait of 'Will', an 11 year old boy, plus a reproduction of 'The Gardener' as well as a photo of the artist himself.
